Unfortunately we don't have drones to deliver your order....sux i know right! so please allow 10 - 35 days for your order to arrive (depends on location & order type). If more than 28 days have passed please message us here to review the status of your order. Important: Some models may not currently be in stock in Australia & will be manufactured for you and shipped in via sea freight (please check with us here if this is a concern) and all duty and taxes paid for you (delays may occur during Chinese new year holidays) you will be supplied upon creation, factory direct photos & video of your doll before she says bon voyage on her way to her new home. Any international orders made outside of Australia may be subject to your local taxes/laws and import fees please refer to your local country/custom rules and or laws before placing your order. For U.S customers some models are available from the local warehouse in the U.S however local taxes may need to be paid by yourself upon delivery. Also to be noted we DO NOT ship dolls of under 18+ appearance, as much as they were born yesterday all dolls upon delivery will be of 18+ appearance. We do not distribute dolls under 150cm, and minimum is B cup

Your order will be discreetly & securely packed in a plain package. Nobody will know what’s in it except yourself. 

We have a conditional returns policy if your product arrived in a damaged condition or if you received the incorrect product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

• Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is sent for return more than 15 days after receipt of delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 2-3 days of approval.
